Prāṇa & Breath Dynamics

In this ancient discipline, I guide you first to recognize that prāṇa is the living current carried within every breath. It is not mere pulmonary ventilation: it travels through the nostrils, airways, and vascular channels as subtle bioelectric charge. Pranayama is the art of directing this current with rhythm, awareness, and quiet intention.
Breath is a continuous dynamic dance of polarities. A conscious, relaxed exhalation creates the natural vacuum and receptive space for the next inhalation to fill without effort.
Exercise — Listening to the Current
Seated Awareness & Pure Perception (3–5 minutes)
Sit with a straight spine and relaxed shoulders. Close your eyes. For three to five minutes, remain in silent awareness of the airflow entering your nostrils, feeling the coolness upon inhalation and the warmth upon exhalation. This quiet sensitivity forms the indispensable ground for all advanced practices.
